The purpose of these General Conditions of Sale is to define the terms and conditions under which Mademoiselle Pinson offers and sells its Products to its customers.
These general conditions of sale shall prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, unless otherwise expressly waived in advance in writing.

Article 1: Scope of Application and Modification of the General Conditions of Sale

Mademoiselle Pinson reserves the right to adapt or modify these general terms and conditions of sale at any time. In the event of modification, the general terms and conditions of sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.
The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of registering his order, the specific conditions of sale stated on this page and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between Mademoiselle Pinson and her client: both parties accept them without reservation.

Article 2: Products

All items offered in the online store are available in the store while stocks last.
In the event of unavailability of the product after placing the order, the Buyer will be informed by telephone within 48 hours of the out-of-stock items so that the customer can then change their item and order another model directly, or, depending on the suppliers, the product chosen.

Please note that the colors of the items presented on this online store may be slightly different from their actual colors. The accuracy of the photos is sometimes complicated depending on the quality of some of our devices used, so please read the product description carefully so that you are aware of its composition and accept it as it is represented in order to avoid any comments or disagreements.

Article 3. Price of products offered online

The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding participation in processing and shipping costs.
Mademoiselle Pinson reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but will be applied to you on the basis of the current rates indicated to you at the time of your order, subject to availability on that date.

ARTICLE 4. Order and Validation

Mademoiselle Pinson will confirm the validation of your order once you have registered your contact details (name, first name, address and telephone number as well as your email address) and you have clicked on the chosen payment method.
The customer will then receive a confirmation message at the email address that the latter has provided. The sale will only be concluded once the said order confirmation has been sent.
You will be able to register 2 addresses in the event that the delivery address is not identical to that of the billing in the case of a shipment as a gift or other: (absence or vacation). In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the store cannot be held responsible in the sense that the delivery cannot then be carried out as it should.

Article 5. Payment Terms

You can pay for your purchases by credit card

Mademoiselle Pinson reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a customer, particularly in the event of insolvency of said customer or in the event of non-payment of the order in question or a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

Article 6: Delivery terms and delivery times

After confirmation of the order and subject to payment, Mademoiselle Pinson undertakes to ship the order to its customer at the delivery address within a compliant period of 24 hours to 48 hours for weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs correspond to the rates charged by the post office.

Any delays in delivery attributable to the carrier or Mademoiselle Pinson do not under any circumstances give the customer the right to claim damages.

Damaged packages

The Customer must check the condition of their package in front of the carrier and make any necessary reservations (package arrived broken, etc.). After making these reservations, the Customer must contact Mademoiselle Pinson by email or telephone so that the Seller can take the necessary measures as quickly as possible to take charge of returning the item and send another shipment of the same product.

In the event that one or more of the products ordered are missing or damaged, the customer must file a complaint with the carrier at the time of delivery.

The following are considered to be cases of force majeure releasing Mademoiselle Pinson from making deliveries: riots, fires, strikes, accidents, thefts and the impossibility of obtaining supplies.

Article 7: Withdrawal

The customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products ordered to return them to the Mademoiselle Pinson boutique for exchange (this will be carried out within a maximum of 14 days in the same method of payment, excluding delivery costs)
In order for the item to be exchanged, the customer must then return the new items in their original packaging, intact, (box for jewelry) at their expense, to the following address:
